REFUND POLICY
We want you to be confident in your enrollment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course or cohort on usamaizhan.com.
General Policy
All of our programs are digital products with immediate or scheduled access. Because of this, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions below.
Recorded Courses
Applies to: UX/UI Design Course (Recorded) and LinkedIn Personal Branding Course (Recorded)
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
Once more than 20% of the content has been watched or downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable, as the core value of the course has already been delivered.
To request a refund, contact us through the support channel with your registered email address and order details.
Live Cohorts
Applies to: UX/UI Design Cohort and LinkedIn Personal Branding Cohort
Because cohorts have limited seats and reserving your spot prevents someone else from joining, the following conditions apply:
- Before the cohort starts: You may request a full refund up to 5 days before the cohort start date.
- Within 5 days of the start date: A 25% refund may be issued, as your seat can no longer be filled by another student.
- After the cohort has started: Refunds are not available once the first live session has taken place.
If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your seat to the next cohort instead of a refund. Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request to our email (info@usamaizhan.com) or through the WhatsApp support channel provided in your enrollment confirmation.
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- The name of the course or cohort
- The reason for your request
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Course materials have been shared, downloaded in bulk, or redistributed
- The Terms of Service have been violated in any way
- The refund request falls outside the windows described above
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
