I’m not someone who figured this out in theory. I built two companies, served 1,000+ clients, and spent years finding what actually works — so you don’t have to spend yours doing the same.
Where it started
I was exactly where you are right now.
I started with no connections, no roadmap, and no one to tell me what to focus on. I was figuring out freelancing and design the same way most people do — through scattered tutorials, trial and error, and a lot of wasted time going in the wrong direction.
The shift
I stopped consuming and started building.
The moment things changed wasn’t when I learned a new tool. It was when I understood that skill without visibility is invisible — and visibility without skill is hollow. I built both at the same time, and that’s when real traction started.

I founded Userflot — a UX research and design company that helps businesses improve their products by understanding real user behaviour. And Perkseo — a digital growth agency helping brands build visibility and convert it into results. Both companies were built on the same two things I teach: strong skill execution and smart positioning.
Now
I teach what worked — because nobody taught me.
I didn’t have a mentor. No one handed me a system. I built these programs because I know how much time gets wasted when you don’t have the right direction — and I know how fast things change when you finally do. Everything here comes from real experience. Not theory. Not a course I took somewhere and repackaged. The actual thing.

How I Think
These aren’t taglines. They’re the principles I’ve built everything on — and what every program I teach is built around.
You can be the best designer in the room and still get ignored. The market doesn’t reward talent — it rewards talent that people can find. That’s why I teach both the skill and the strategy to be seen.
Watching tutorials is not learning. Building something with stakes, getting feedback, and revising it — that’s learning. Every program I run is built around actual output, not passive consumption.
Most advice online is built for a Western audience with Western platforms, Western rates, and Western networks. Everything I teach is designed for where you actually are — and makes it work from here.
Grinding harder on the wrong thing is just productive-feeling failure. The fastest path forward is always the clearest one. My job is to give you that clarity so every hour you put in actually compounds.
Fiverr changes its algorithm. Upwork raises its fees. LinkedIn shifts. But a strong personal brand — a reputation that precedes you — survives every platform change. Build the asset that lasts.
I’m not here to hype you up. I’m here to tell you what’s actually hard, what’s actually possible, and what to do first. That kind of honesty is rarer than it should be — and more valuable than any pep talk.
