Enrollment and payments are processed through learn.usamaizhan.com. All purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy, available on this site.
Recorded courses provide immediate, self-paced access upon purchase. Cohorts run on scheduled dates with live sessions; schedules are communicated before enrollment and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
All course content – including videos, live session recordings, templates, design files, slides, worksheets, and community resources is the intellectual property of Usama Izhan.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publish any paid materials, in whole or in part, without express written permission. Sharing login credentials or recordings is a violation of these terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, the learning platform, or any community spaces (including cohort groups and live sessions). The following may result in immediate termination of access without refund:
- Sharing or redistributing paid course materials
- Sharing account access with others
- Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward the instructor or other students
- Recording live sessions without permission
- Unauthorized access to any system or content
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all programs are provided “as is.” Our courses and cohorts teach skills, frameworks, and strategies — but outcomes depend on your effort, existing skill level, consistency, and market conditions.
We do not guarantee any specific result, including job offers, client acquisition, income, follower growth, or career outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usama Izhan and associated entities are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any enrolled program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in question.
Refunds
